Diesel is a carb loader / energydrink that consists out of a variety of (mostly) long chain carbohydrates that will gradually by absorbed by the intestines. The benefit of this is that the insulin levels will not dramatically rise after intake. The NutrID Diesel is for this reason perfectly suited to use as pre race carb loader in rest. Besides this the NutrID Diesel can also be used as energydrink during training and racing.
